Planning Scope:
We step in about 6-8 weeks before your wedding to finalize details, confirm vendor timelines, and run the show so you can savor the moment.
What’s Included:
- Initial Planning Consultation: We kick off with an in-depth meeting to understand your vision, priorities, and what’s been planned so far.
- Vendor contact and confirmation
- Final timeline creation & distribution
- One venue walk-through (if local)
- Vendor coordination and logistics review
- Rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)
- Wedding Day Coordination: We step in to run the show, manage logistics, and make sure you’re able to be present and joyful (8-10 hours)
- Emergency kit coverage + point-of-contact for all vendors
- Onsite direction for ceremony, transition, and reception flow
- Setup oversight for client-provided décor (escort cards, signage, etc.)
